Neutral light brown colour for eyebrows.

Ibiza has a neutral tendency which makes it ideal for working on all neutral skins with light brown eyebrows.

This colour will appear cooler for the first 3-6 months but neutralises out over time. 

A perfect colour for blondes, dark blondes & grey haired clients.
